Can confirm this works. I was in a similar situation last year and applying exactly this advice helped me improve by 20+ marks in mocks.
My two cents: don't overthink it. Pick one approach, stick with it for 3 months, evaluate, then adjust. Constant switching is the real enemy.
Adding to what others said — also remember to take care of your health. No amount of study helps if you're burning out physically.
